Asset Management System (Sistem PJ Aset)

The problem

MBPJ's asset records sat in an older system and in separate Excel workbooks for each department. The ministry's KEW.PA and KEW.ATK forms and the JKPAK and Eksekutif reports were put together by hand from them.

What we built

One web system for both kinds of council asset: Aset Alih (furniture, computers, equipment) and Aset Tak Ketara (systems, websites, software licences). We moved every old record into it.

The result

Asset receipt, registration, approval and disposal now run in one system. It produces every KEW form and ministry report as a PDF in the required format, and each department sees only its own data.

Yes. Every project includes a support period, and we offer yearly maintenance contracts after that.
